hi i am a 61 year old female the past week i have had a lot of anxiety .the last couple of days i have had a lot of belching an d my tummy feels uncomfortable i am an anxious person.and have had these symptoms before they go when my stress levels go down could this be another anxiety attack i take omeprazole every other day other wise i am healthy
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You could be right. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. Anxiety is also known to produce gastric symptoms. Including garlic and ginger in your diet should cure your problem.
