Could Stomach Pain, Nausea And Headache Mean IBS?

I am trying to find what is wrong with me. I have not been feeling well since last week and I spent 4 hours waiting to see a dr yesterday for her to tell me in less in 4 min that I have IBS. That is hard for me to accept since that was already on my chart because I was diagnosed with that a few years ago. This did not feel like. I have stomach pain, nausea, headache, i am clammy and hot

I also do not think so.
Any doctor can suspect but can not confirm I B S in 4 minutes.
Stomach pain,nausea,headache for a week only , are symptoms of stomach Flu not I B S ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome).
In I B S , there is long history of pain abdomen,motion several times a day with blood & mucus.
First of all , doctor will exclude parasitic & bacterial infection.
You can take O R S ,Ant Acid available on the counter.
You need prescription of a doctor .
For nausea -tablet domperidon + ranitidin
For pain abdomen -dicyclomine or hysoimine or drotamine.
for headache -paracetamol.
to confirm I B S ,consult your doctor(gastero enterologist.
Hi will perform colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy .he will visualize the colons & can take a sample ( biopsy) to confirm diagnosis.
You have to take medicine regularly for a long period.
