What Causes Nausea And Stomach Pain?
I was diagnosed with possible IBS in the last 4 years. Had CT scan of stomach. My stomach now seems to be bigger. Almost everyday I am nauseated and/or have pains in my stomach at different times of the time. Can t pin point what causes this. Also my voice is sometimes hoarse. Sometimes at night I wake up and am nauseated. Is this symptoms of IBS?

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -Gastritis with ?Giardiasis causing Gastritis and duodenitis.As the bowel movement don't seem to be disturbed and only nausea with Stomach pains is the complaint, IBS possibility could be thought as the last possibility,being considered,for causing GERD.
STool for Ova/Cyst would fix the protozoal infection.H.Pylori needs to be fixed with Urea breath test and by -SAT(Stool Antigen Test) and by blood Antibody test-for H.Pylori infection.
Consult Physician who would investigate you and would treat you accordingly.
Treatment with 3 drug standard regimen-with Rantac+Amoxycillin+Metrogyl would resolve H.Pylori-gatritis. / and or-Anti-Giardiasis- Metrogyl with Ciplox-7-14 days would fix the health issues.
Vit B12 +Folic Acid+Vit D3 would recoup the H.Pylori infection fast.

you presentation differential is : Gastritis, GERD, reflux esophagitis or functional causer
needs further evaluation.
if ageif age>55, you need to undergo gastroscopy
meanwhile:
- include yogurt in your diet
- take "pantocid 40mg OR Nexium 40mg", once daily before breakfast.
- use two pillows under your head, when you lie down/sleep.
- eat your last mean 3 hours before going to bed
-Avoid spicy food, oil rich food,
- No smoking and NO alcohol.
- do NOT eat mouth full.
-no cold drinks and NO junk food
- try to avoid drinking water at the end of a meal.
