Although stoppage of these medicine do not affect your health overall but if the etiology for your seizures is still present there may be recurrence of seizures so decision to stopping them without medical advise is not a good decision. Having said this it is classically recommended to continue anti seizure medication for at least three to five years after the occurrence of last seizure episode. Hope I have answered your query.
