Could Stress Be The Reason For Red Bumps On My Jaw?

I have got a cluster of red bumps in a circle on my jaw line that are a bit itchy. I have had them for over a week now as first thought they may be bites but possibly not. i have a couple of other ones on own on the neck. I am a vegetarian (been veggie for most my adult life) so eat plenty vegetables. Could it be stress related as been under stress recently? or could it be other factors?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Stress does not lead to physical symptoms like bumps. It may be due to some infection like folliculitis. In that case, better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. If you have underline stress, you can do relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing that would keep you calm or relax.

Thanks
