Could Stress Cause Headaches?
I ve been experiencing severe headaches for the past 4 weeks, I run my own company and we are currently expanding. I don t generally get headaches like this from stress (normally) could it just be stress? or am I trying to avoid seeing someone about it? I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis 18 months ago and I have a check up at the end of the month. I have always suffered from regular headaches but nothing like this.

Headache can be caused due to several reasons.
Stress is one of the causes for headache. Get your blood pressure checked. If found hypertensive, you need to be treated by a Physician.
If BP is normal, get your eyes checked for refractory errors. Even refractory errors can cause headache. If it needs correction, kindly get it dine by an Opthalmologist.
