pcos causes increase in weight.
You should consume low
carbohydrate normal protein low fat diet.
Cut down on carbohydrate sources like all kinds of cereals, juices, sweets,Processed foods, sugar.
Consume healthy
proteins like chicken without skin,fish, dal, beans, egg, lean meats.
Add less oil in cooking, avoid use of ghee , butter, cream , cheese,avoid frying of foods.
Regular workout or exercise is essential in reducing weight.
