Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir I understand your concern.I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood pressure in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
In my opinion your medication is fine and the raising heart rate may be due to low sugar also.my suggestion is have a glucometer and estimate your sugars during this kind of panic attack to rule out hypoglycemia.
if the hypoglycemia is ruled out then the next option will be increasing dose of concor.kindly monitor your BP also three times a day and maintain a chart.
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
Otherwise please accept & rate my answer. I will appreciate your review about my answer.
Best Regards.
