Could Sunken Eyes And Dark Circles Be A Result Of Hyperpigmentation Caused By Smoking?

i have sunken eyes and dark circle....i smoke 7-8 cigarettes a day.i drink 3 litres of water a day for 2 months.i think it is as a result of hyperpigmentation..i also started working out but results have been very hard to find.i would be obliged to get your help

There are several causes of dark circles and sunken eyes.
Insufficient sleep, nutritional deficiencies, stress are some of the few causes of dark circles and sunken eyes.
As you have mentioned that you are a smoker, smoking is another risk factor for developing dark circles and sunken eyes.
Drinking plenty of water and exercising will definitely help, however, you need to quit or atleast reduce the frequency of smoking to improve your general well being.
It may take some more time for the effects to appear on your face.
