Could Sweating With Unsteady Walk While Having Parkinson S Indicate Panic Attack?

I had a situation with a friend today. She has Parkinsone (sp) but I don t think that had anything to do with her episode today. She started with feeling hot, shortly after that a headache. She started looking for pain reliever in her purse. when she couldn t find it she seemed to become a little irritated. From there she went to bathroom and when she didn t come out I went to investigate. At that time she was very pale and sweating profusely. She said her stomach hurt too. I wanted to call ambulance but she refused. After about 5 mins. I got her out of the bathroom and she was very unsteady. I took her home and on the way her color started to come back and her skin was dry. I haven t called to see how she is but I just can t help but think it could have been a panic attack???

It certainly could have been a panic attack. It also could have been a heart attack. The symptoms in women are sometimes not as obvious as in men, but a heart attack can cause sweating, paleness, stomach pain, and the person would be unsteady. It could have been a bad angina attack, which can be a forerunner of a heart attack. She needs to be checked for this, even if she is now feeling and looking better. It would be best if she goes to emergency to get an EKG and other tests to be sure it wasn't her heart. Hope this answers your question.
