Could Swelling And Redness Around The Penis Of An Infant Be Due To Infection?
We are babysitting a 16-month old boy. He came back from a parental visit today and his uncircumcised penis is swollen and red. It appears to be painful if touched. We ve cared for him since almost birth and never seen this before. Could this be an infection or an allergic reaction?
