Could Swelling And Redness Below The Knee Be Related To Hepatitis C?

My left leg below the knee is very red,swollen, sore . A long time ago I had this and they treated it , I think deep vein thrombosis. What dr do I go to? Who looks at it. My blood p,ate let is 69. I m not on any melds other that albuterol for asthma. I do have hep c, is it related?

It is unlikely related to hepatitisC. Most probably it will be a arthritis joint effusion. Consult an orthopedic and he will direct you accordingly. Additional investigations like ESR, CRP and ultrasound scan are required for further assessment.
