Could Swollen, Discolored And Bleeding Bruise On Chin Indicate Chin Fracture?

Hellon my 18month old daughter fell on her chin right on my living room tile floor about 2 in a half weeks ago and her chin swelled and bruised badly turning blackish blue. I iced it up and monitored her but seemed fine. Then this week my daughter through a little tantrum running around the living room and slipped face first again on the tile floor but that bump is still there and have been checking it. With her luck she was just playing with my nephew and sat on a blanket when my nephew pulled the cover and she was about to atand up and he pulled it hard and she fell right on her china and mouth bleeding in her mouth. Im going to take her to the hospital cuz im worried that now she can possibly have a chin fracture. What do you think?
