Could Taking Anastrozole Contribute To A Positive ANA Test Result?

I have been on anastrozole for 15 months. I recently have had arthritis type pain and stiffness in my hands so my MD had blood tests done for RA which was negative but my ANA test was slightly positive. Could taking anastrozole contribute to a positive ana test result?
