Hi & Welcome.
Lexapro is unlikely to affect thyroid.

Lexapro (Esitalopram) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor used to treat anxiety, major depressive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and other conditions.

Its common side effects include sleep disturbances, headache, nausea, constipation, decreased libido, dry mouth and delayed ejaculation.
These side effects are reversible upon discontinuing the medication.

Based on the history given you seem to have developed hypothyroidism which is unlikely to be caused by this medication.

Hope I could answer your query.
