Could Taking Tramazac And Alprax Along With Femilon Interfere With Its Effectiveness?

I use FEMILON birth control pills (desogestrel 0.15 mg, ethinyl estradiol 0.0). recently I have been prescribed TRAMAZAC (Tramadol Hydrocholride capsules) tablets for pain for an injury and also ALPRAX (Alprazolam tables 0.5 mg). Will this in any way interfere with the effectiveness of FEMILON
