Could Tendonitis Be Due To Metronidazole?

Hi My name is. Noel I was admitted to hospital just before Xmas 2014 with severe stomach pain I was given morphine for the pain and then treated for pancreatitis with IV metronidazole and ceftrioaxone and released after four days in hospital . My problem now is I have developed tendinitis and apron reading side effects of these drugs they could have caused this condition. Apart from gentle walking I have done nothing to bring this condition on. I am on a lot of other drugs which I take since having a heart transplant in 2001. These new antibiotics are the only thing that I can put my finger on that may be the cause. Can you please confirm my assumption right or wrong thank you Noel
