I just had my blood pressure checked. it was 170/90. I am 47 and a women. We don t have high blood pressure run in the family. I work out with a personal trainer 3x a week. I eat a very clean diet. I have been using the e Cigarettes with nicotine for a year. I also use nicotine gum becasue I never want to smoke again. I have never had high blood pressure. I am planning to see my doctor next week. I was wondering if the high blood pressure could be from this.

In any case you have to take anti hypertensive medicine decided by your doctor. Don't make it an issue why and how. It may occur to any man. Keep yourself happy, start morning walk, some exercise that's all, rest leave on your doctor & his medicines. I will be happy if you get some relief from my advice.
