Could The Burning Sensation And Swelling In Pelvic Area And Thighs Be A Result Of Crohn's Disease?

I have a burning pain in my pelvic, thighs and sometimes in my knees. keeps me awake at night. I just noticed today that the back upper part of my thighs are swollen and appears to have fluid build up.
Also, my eyes seem to have burning. I have been told I have colitis and possibly crohns disease. I am not sure if the burning pain is related to my colon issues. Do you have any thoughts.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The prime sing of Crohn's disease is intestinal related and that included pain diarrhoea, vomiting, constipation, if you don not have such symptoms then you do not have crohn's disease as long as your stated symptoms are concern, so this is nothing to worry about it, the symptoms you have stated here can be best treated with the "NSAID" "Diclofenac" would be the best drug try it, and take good care of your self, have nice day.
