Could The Burning Tingly Feeling In The Feet And Legs Be Due To Micardis?

Hi I have been taking maicardis for sever years now. I have been having sever joint pain . can this be from the micardis. I started taking cayenne pepper capusules about a month ago. Could they react, I also have burning tingly feeling in feet and lower leg.

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
There is no recognised interaction between Micardis and Cayenne pepper.
Joint pain and swelling is a known but rare side effect of micardis. Numbness and tingling is also reported.
