Could The Chemical Fumes From The Perms/dyes Be Harmful To Fetus?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and went to get a haircut. I was there for an hour. Could the chemical fumes from the perms and dyes of other customers be harmful to fetus? How do the inhaled fumes reach the fetus? And would the exposure of the chemicals in the air be insignificant?
