Could The Clot In Urine Be Due To Miscarriage?

I just had a small blood clot/sac come out on toilet paper when wiping after urinating. I have not started my period. Did I just have a miscarriage? My period was due today (if I was on a 4 week cycle), but I have never been regular. My cycles vary from 4 to 8 weeks.
