my 11moths twins stool are watery ...color yellow...and they are poopping 4x a day ....happens 2 days .....I'am mother of twins....first babies....33 years of age.....is it ture that the baby when getting into 1 year old is experiencing like tjis because of their tooth are growing?........thank you
