Could The Dry Mouth, Thrush, Sore Throat And Swelling In The Neck Be Due To HIV?

I have unprotected sex with girl i didn't know her Hiv statue. After three week I got headache. and around two weeks my headache go away but i notice i got so dry mount and thrush on my tongue, later i begin sore throat then more few day I got my node swollen at neck. after i go to see a doctor and get test to rule out HIV(anti-body), and It's Negative. I keep worried about it so far and eat food as much as I can. and Now I got achy with my arm, and I feel so cold at feet or they are not working. May I have HIV? if i had HIV, should i start using the drug? plz Help :'( ;( i never sleep well and always nervous

thanks for using health care magic. In your question, you didn't mention when you had sex , like how many days or weeks ago? That is important to decide about the test to be done.
Hiv antibody tests are conclusive if it is done three months after the sexual encounter. IF you want to know about HIV status earlier, HIV RNA PCR test will give conclusive result.
Before getting confirmed result , you cannot take drugs for HIV.till then ,don't panic.Prevention is better than cure always . so don't forget about protected sex.
