Could The Frequent Liquid Stools Be Due To Bronchitis?

I have frequently (multiple times within the hour) had liquid stools for several days now. It is quite uncomfortable and debilitating, considering I have little control over these bowel movements. I saw a physician today, and they diagnosed me with Bronchitis, because I have had a dry cough for several weeks until today, when I started coughing up flem. They told me my GI problems were probably related to my body fighting the bronchitis. I highly doubt this is the case! Also, several days ago I awake and my entire body was aching severely! Can anyone offer any insight? /// I was prescribed leviquin.. \\\

- intestine infection with some sort of bacteria or virus
- antibiotic induced
- in relation with some food or beverages ingestion
