Could The Intake Of Triple A, Lupi D3, And Diataal D Help In Increasing The Height?

Sir, I am 19 years old will turn 20 this February. I am 5'6 and want 2 inches more. I have been regularly doing my stretching exercises, playing tennis and going to the gym and taking triple A( calcium ), lupi d3 (vitamin) and diataal d ( vitamin) tablets on recommendation. I have been consuming these tablets for 2 weeks now. Are they effective enough? What do you suggest?
* My knee plates are fused.

Hi and thanks for the query,
I ma afraid gaining height, especially amongst the very young is not very much dependent on vitamins but on hormones. I suggest you book the appointment of an endocrinologist. Hormones are generally responsible for growth. Growth hormone and thyroid hormones are the most influential of these hormones. The opinion of the endocrinologist and use of hormones would be more helpful. Kind regards
