Could The Lump On Calf Be A Result Of Taking Ovranette Pill While Being Overweight?

Hi I m currently on ovranette pill , I only take this very rarely ( as my partner is abroad ) maybe 4 times a year fo 3 to 4 weeks at a time . I m 39 and overweight and went for a health scan with my nurse as she was worried about my age ect , I don t smoke , I m extremely active and my nurse was happy that the pill was not continuous , happy with my check up so re issued my pill , I ve been taking it now for 4 weeks and I m flying out to see my partner next week . I ve noticed a small lump on my calve and my legs feel hot ( but not to the touch ) I ve not noticed this before ....?

LUMP in calf may be due to deep vein thrombosis. It could be due to ur overweight and ovranette pill. In overweight, chances of getting dvt increase with contraceptive. For this get urself investigated by doppler to check DVT and consult a surgeon for further clarification.
