Could The Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Rupture Of Ovarian Cyst?

Hi. I'm a 17 year old girl who had an appendectomy about a month and a half ago. It turns out that they may not even have had to remove my appendix... But they did find the site of an ovarian cyst that had already ruptured. For the past few days, I've had similar pains primarily in the lower left quadrant, but also in other places. One of my incision sites also has bruising all around it (the same lower left quadrant's insicision). What should I do?
