Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The symptoms lower neck and back become tight, pain full, efects vision, words may become wrong, if the neck is moved far away, goes away in 5 minutes.
These symptoms usually present in cervical spondylosis, hypertension, or vision disturbances.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections, ofloxacin, acyclofenac and paracetamol along with the specific drugs if any.
Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and
protein rich food.
Wising for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
