Could The Pain In Stomach Radiating Towards Chest And Neck Be Due To Gastritis?

i had stomach problem i feel to much gas thats why my stomach is bloated ang goes up on my chest ang goes to my neck i feel air and my neck or bloated. after evry thing goes down i feel weak and body pain all over my body i hear sound on my ear and numbness on my head... i wnt to know whats symtoms i have..
