Could The Presence Of Blood In My Phlegm Indicate Symptoms Of Lung Cancer?

Hi. Yesterday morning when I was showering, I felt like I had phlem in my throat, so I spit. When I did, it had a little bit of blood in it. That alarmed me, so I tried to produce more phlem to spit again. That too had just a bit of blood in it. Is this a sign I could have lung cancer? No other symptoms at all as far as cough, weight loss, or tiredness. Your help is appreciated. This only happened yesterday. Today I tried to do the same thing, and it was clear.

Hi,
Nothing to worry about cancer.
There might be having pharyngitis or congestion in throat giving rise some blood coming out with sputum.
This is due to friction on mucosa while coughing.
Do salt water gargles.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
