Could The Prickly, Electric-shock-like Feeling In My Back Be Related To Posture Issues Or Something Else?

Hi, I’m 29 yr female with no major health problems. I’ve had lab work done recently. I also just had a baby seven months ago and breastfeed. I was sitting in bed last night breastfeeding when I got a prickly-like feeling on my upper to lower back. It felt like I was getting an electric shock in that area. This happened about five times and then it went away. It happened again today, twice. Is this due to posture issues? I’m slightly overweight ~20 lbs from my normal range and had my sugar levels checked two months ago for routine exams. All my bloodwork came back negative. Thank you for your time
