DEAR DOCTOR I am a 33 years old girl.Last year I see some tiny red moles on my skin. When I saw a doctor he forwarded me to a hapatologist who sent me for a CT scan and blood test. Baesed on the CT scan I have Multiple hemangiomas of various sizes seen in the left and right lobe of the liver with the largest measuring 60 mm in diameter. Left ovarian cystic lesion measuring 33 mm. The whole report of the CT scan I did (Pelvic CT scan with injection,THREE PHASIC ABDOMINOPELVIC CT-SCAN) is as following: lung bases are clear. Gall blader and biliary tract show no abnormiality. Spleen, pancreas, both adrenals, kidneys and para arotic area are intact stomach, small bowel and colon are within normal limits. No ascites fluid is seen. Bladder has normal size and smooth border with no internal filing defect. Pelvic organs are otherwise normal. Multiple hemangiomas of various sizes seen in the left and right lobe of the liver with the largest measuring 60 mm in diameter. Left ovarian cystic lesion measuring 33 mm. Dear Doctor, the results of my blood test and the pictures of my CT-Scan is available, I would appreciate it if you give me your Email address, so I can send them for you. By the way, as I checked the results of my blood test all the items were normal except the following one: Hematology Dpt. Test=E.S.R 1hrs Result=24mm Reference=2-20mm My doctor said me that I shouldn t lift heavy objects,be careful not to be hit and not to get pregnant because the hamangiomas are located on the very edges of the liver. Now I am wondering if thses red moles spread wider or stop growing and if I can get pregnant or not. I would be very grateful if you help me out of this problem and tell me if there is a treatment for this disease. Best Regards
