Hello, Welcome to HCM, As you are taking flonase, which is a corticosteroid, it has its own side effects like headache, stuffy nose, difficulty speaking and sore throat . Loss of taste sensation may be due to postnasal drip and loss of smell sensation may be due to nasal stuffiness. But benefits of flonase definitely outweigh the risks.so don't stop taking the drug without the advice of your pulmonologist Thank you.
