I m a 25 year old male who has been experiencing tenesmus. It started around the same time I started taking Pariet. My doctor doesn t think there is a link. I ve had a colonscopy 4 months ago because I had low hemoglobin. The scope was normal but I was prescribed the pariet. Since the tenesmus started, my dr has prescribed a course of cipro and celebrex but no difference. Also trying increased fibre and probiotics. No diarrhea or constipation, but symptoms have been present for 3 weeks. Any suggestions?
