Could The Symptoms Of Swollen Fingers, Slight Weight Gain An Tender Breasts Be Pregnancy After A Myomectomy?
NO period since mid beginning of January. Now day 93 since start of last period. Age 46. Hormones checked in January and were all normal ( not menopausal ) per ob-gyn. Had a robotic myomectomy in August to remove a fibroid tumor which was sitting on top of uterus. Had removed to hopefully get pregnant. Swollen fingers, slight weight gain, tender breasts, could I be pregnant? I have not taken a pregnancy test yet.
Your age and symptoms are suggestive of the perimenopausal stage but I suggest that you should go for a pregnancy test and a USG pelvis to rule out the cause of amenorrhea (missed periods).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
