Could The Unusual Lumps During My Period A Year Ago Be Related To My Small Endocervical Polyp?

a year ago I had a period delay of 4 days and I had a lot of pain in my abdomen and back ... I had blood for 7 days as I always have during my period, however I noticed some lumps like gum and I noticed a lump like the one in the photo. they informed me that it s just fluids, but it didn t look like the fluids I normally have in every cycle.it didn t dissolve like normal liquids, but it turned into pieces when i touched it. After that incident my doctor found that i had a really small endocervical polyp. I asked you what it might be because we want to try for a baby. Thank you in advance
