Could Throbbing Pain In Pelvic Area With Shaking Body During Pregnancy Indicate Miscarriage?

I just found out i am pregnant but don t know how far along i am yet. I am assuming close to 2 months... I have a bad throbbing pain in my right pelvic area and it goes down my leg.. Also when i wake up from a nap i am pale, light headed, and shake really bad for about 5 minutes... I am worried about a miscarriage.
