Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to infection, dyspareunia may be due to inadequate lubrication or hormonal imbalance. You should get a pelvic examination by gynecologist and a swab test to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or infection. Ultrasound examination should be done in case of any positive signs or uncertainty in diagnosis. Antibiotic therapy will be helpful in case of infection. If there is hormonal imbalance then combined hormonal therapy will be helpful also. meanwhile I would advise you as follows 1. Talk about what feels good and what doesn't. If you need your partner to go slow, say so. 2. Don't rush, Longer foreplay can help stimulate your natural lubrication. And you may reduce pain by delaying penetration until you feel fully aroused. 3. Use lubricants, a personal lubricant can make sex more comfortable. Try different brands until you find one you like Hope this may help you. please feel free to ask for more assistance regards
