Could Tingling And Numbing Sensation In Legs Be Due To Pinched Nerve?
My 33 year old daughter who is a type 1 diabetic and who just found out she cant have children due to premature ovarian insufficency went to the hospital yesterday she was examined by a neurologist because her leg is all tingly and numb and she cant walk they did an mri on her back and it didnt show anything they are sending her home to follow up with a neurologist is this a pinched nerve and why cant they figure this out
hello, welcome to HCM. diabetes is a common cause of mononeuritis and demyelination.this may be the cause of this tingling sensation. she should take vitamin b12 tablet for myelination. also get her followed up for neurologist. and for infertility consut an infertility specialist for some advanced procedure if she wants pregnancy. hope this is helpful. regards.
