thank you, i have had a lot of problems with arthrites, My bones ache all the time, especially both legs. one leg i get cramps in it all the time and so i had bloodwork done and my magnesiums were low. my other leg has a lot of tingling and numbness and hot poker stabbing in it. i just had a new hip replacement. One doctor said pinched nerve, and so i had an mri done, not sure if spinal stenosis is the right name
