Could Tingling Sensation In Arm And Shoulder Be Due To Cyst On Articular Pillar?

After having an MRI it was found that I have an oval 5mm lesion in the C7 articular pillar on the LEFT. It is believed to be a subchondral cyst from the advanced degenerative change at the C7-T1 facet. I have pain and tingling in my left hand, arm, and shoulder. Is it possible to have this cyst removed?
