Could Tingling Sensation In Arm And Shoulder Be Due To Cyst On Articular Pillar?
After having an MRI it was found that I have an oval 5mm lesion in the C7 articular pillar on the LEFT. It is believed to be a subchondral cyst from the advanced degenerative change at the C7-T1 facet. I have pain and tingling in my left hand, arm, and shoulder. Is it possible to have this cyst removed?

Could Tingling Sensation In Arm And Shoulder Be Due To Cyst On Articular Pillar?
Hi, Yes. It can cause nerves to be pressed against the bone and lead to such symptoms. Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
