Could Tingly Feeling All Over The Body Indicate Anxiety?

I have a tingly feeling all over my body, every hour of the day. 2 doctors say its anxiety..it started on my left arm with chest pains and sinking feeling in chest when falling into a deep sleep...also have some mild back pain idk if it is something serious. doctors ran 4 ekgs on me and 3 came out normal one came out abnormal and my doctor refered me to a cardiologist and every since then I ve been getting more and more symptoms and I m scared..need more opinons from different doctors. but when I don t think about the tinlgy.feeling or if I m laughing I don t feel it...

Based upon your history it is probable that your symptoms are not due to any organic pathology. If you really worried about organic cause do check you serum vit b12 levels.
Do you have diabetes or hypertension ?
Follow your doctor instructions...
