Could Tiredness And Weakness In Women Be Due Pre Menopausal Condition?

Hi my name is Debbie I am 53 at Christmas for a while now I have been so there I don t know how I get out of bed of a morning, I have always worked 12 hour shifts 60 hours and more multitasks and worked more I am so scared I can t do this no more, I struggle every day to go on.I was diagnosed with no reading vitamin d which I was treated with thenthey said it was menopause with they eeventually gave me hrt, I feel so weak and don t know how I get through the days of the week. I want to ask something is rare liver cancer hereditary as my dad died of it, I have other problems and feel like a hypochondriac I m really at my lowest please can you advise

What problems you are facing like tiredness and weakness could be due to pre-menopausal symptoms. This happens to few women around the attainment of menopause due to changes in the hormone levels in the body.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome the same.
1. Take iron and calcium supplements in the form of capsule or syrup.
2. Increase the intake of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated.
3. Practice meditation to keep your mind calm and healthy.
4. Do mild to moderate exercise regularly in the form of brisk walk to keep yourself physically fit.
