hi
wecome to HCM
bone marrow is a tissue present inside the bone. it produces various elements of blood like RBCs, WBCs and plateletets. There are stem cells in the bone marrow which give arise to these cells. there are various stages of maturation by which stem cells give arise to mature RBCs, WBCs and platelets. All these cells fill the marrow cavity. in children, bone marrow is very cellular. As the age increases, the cellular component decrease and is replaced by fat. The stem cell can be used for bone marrow transplantation.
I hope i have satisfied your query.

Marrow what is that? Are you talking about bone marrow. They take a sample from the sternum in cases of blood cancer I believe. Other than that I donno it. Only a medical professional can help you.
