Could Urinary Incontinence Be Related To Bulging Disc?

I have urinary incontinence only at night when I am asleep. I have scoliosis and arthritis and osteoporosis and a number of areas with narrowing in both upper and lower back with one bulging disk and pain down right leg. I am in physical therapy and on a bisphosphonate to increase bone density. I had nerve tests in legs and arms which were normal except for carpal tunnel. could the incontinence during sleep be from the back issues, it does not wake me so I do not know its happened until the morning

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned your age and gender because this symptoms demand this information and without this nothing can be said for sure because disease greatly goes on changing according to age and gender, ( Just think it about this how doctor could judge this ) still chances of urinary tract infection need to be ruled out or this may be functional condition in absence of age and gender information this can only be advised, hope this information helps, take care
