Hi, -When you have vaginal itching with frequent urination & you are sexually active it s a sign of STD -mostly Trichomonal vaginitis with curd like discharge,sever itching-resulting in cystitis. Both partners need examination & treatment - If it s only you having fever,burning to start with- relieved after antibiotic treatment,it can be UTI which was followed by itching without discharge & burning after itching- It may be due due to disturbance of normal vainal flora by antibiotics resultng in dryness/itching/burning. The exclusion will be by physical examination/pathological test of vaginal swab to be followed by treatment indicated. Thanks
