Could Vaginal Spotting Along With Abdominal Cramps Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I had my birth control implant removed on the 16th of June. I had unprotected sex 2 days prior and have had unprotected sex 5 or 6 times where he did not pull out the following week. three days after my implant was removed I started ovulating (I could tell by my cervical mucus) over the last few days I have had spotting cramps tingling breasts and now I am having diarrhea. Could it be possible that I am pregnant?

Possibility of pregnancy is little less as the symptoms mentioned after removal of implant does not suggest so. However, since you have started ovulating, keep trying. If you miss a period next and subsequent period is delayed, then get a urine test for pregnancy done. That will tell you about your pregnancy status.
