Could Vaginal Spotting Be Due To Pregnancy?
My wife for the past 2 wekks has shown a lot of pregnancy symptoms just got her period last night its was late its not heavy its light last night it was only a line of blood on her underwear when she pees it s pinkish but on the panty liner her blood looks darker could she be pregnant or is it just her period?

She could be pregnant you can confirm it with urine pregnancy card test which comes positive 10 to 14 days after possible conception or 2 to 4 day after next expected period.
another method is transvaginal ultrasound by direct visualisation of gestational sac.
