Could Vomiting And Dizzy Spells Be Due To Food Poisoning?
I was at work today while eating grapes from sainsbury and found a white small spider inside the grape it even made its down spider Web later that day I started to cough and feel sick. My vomit was thick I felt like it was hard to come out and was dizzy as well. Can you help me with this please.

There are many causes of vomiting and dizziness. The most common is a viral illness but it also can be from bad food. I doubt the spider had anything to do with it. Drink plenty of water and rest. If you are not feeling better soon or if you develop high fever and abdominal pain see your doctor right away.
